Drum Major Camp

During their recent camp experience, Forest Ripley, Tyler Wynne and Brittany Brown received the 
following valuable training:

Conducting Instruction Our 2009-2019 drum majors received conducting training from Nicholas Williams, Associate Director of Wind Studies - University of North Texas and Amanda Drinkwater, Director of Bands at Marcus High School.  The SASI conducting curriculum is a fresh, modern approach to marching band.
	Marching Instruction Our CHS drum majors also received innovative, corps style marching training from Jeremy Spicer , Associate Director of Bands and Director of the Marching Band at Cedar Park High School.
Leadership Development Forest, Tyler and Brittany additionally received leadership training from Ron Morrison, SASI, CEO and Director of Fine Arts for Pearland ISD.  The SASI leadership & empowerment curriculum is a fresh, modern approach to leadership.
